Goat And Deer To Be Married At Chinese Zoo

We guess China has legalized interspecies marriage because for Valentine’s day, Changmao, a ram, and Chunzi, a doe, will be getting hitched.

Even though it seems like a publicity stunt, there apparently is some real affection between the two.

The deer licks the ram as she would to a normal deer mate, and the ram fights off any male deer that get too close to his girl.

The two animals have been together in the same pen since they were very young so they’ve been together for a while now.

Even though the ram fathered a baby lamb with the zoo’s only other female goat, he became violent around them until returned to his sweet deer lover.

Congrats, you two!
