Is she Swedish? Harriet can't be her last name, that seems weird, since it is a first name. I get no hits on that adress, are you sure you have the right one? Maybe they have re-named the rode since otherwise, but I need her full name in order to find her for you. the other info doesn't matter. name and adress works fine, but since I don't have the first and the second one (Im guessing you meant Langsjövägen 84) doesn't check out, there is nothing I can do unless full name.
