i would like to find someone to write to thats overseas in combat, preferably a canadian troop, can anyone give me some info on how to do this?

National Defence maintains on online message board where you can send your greetings and thoughts.

You can also establish a pen-pal by writing a letter and sending it to "any Canadian Forces Member" and sending it to the address for the overseas operational area that you are interested in.

well you could probably email the canadian forces website and they would tell you how you could. On remembrance day I wrote a message to our troops on this one website. your not penpals though on it.

As the Canadian Government sucks
big time when it comes to Canadians
Supporting their Troops…

They even issued a statement that the Aircraft
were meant for Supplies not Mail…
Had a friend in Afghanistan in the US Army…
He used to give the CDN's parcels I sent
to him…he has since returned home…

Never received a name or return address so I
couldn't send them anything directly…
